The Residences at Railroad Square features:

1.  3 1-bedroom units averaging 740 square feet

2. 28 2-bedroom units averaging 960 square feet

3. 14 3-bedroom units averaging 1,220 square feet

Within the bedroom types there are varying floor plans. The floor plans and virtual tours below are representative of each bedroom type. While the layout of the units has some variation, the materials are consistent through all units. This includes color and materials of flooring, walls, cabinets, countertops, and appliances.

• On the bottom left of each virtual tour there is a button that says “Tour/Model/Plan” Clicking on that button will toggle between the virtual tour, a view of the unit from above, and a floor plan. From either the Tour or the Floor Plan you can click on any white dot to move the view to that location.

• Floor plans within virtual tour estimate room measurements and include a tape measure feature to estimate specific dimensions.
