Eligibility for residency at The Residences at Railroad Square includes credit and criminal background checks as well as income qualification. Household income is required to be between $20,000 and $80,500 to be eligible.
Rents range from $695 and $1475 per unit per month.
Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent. Resident is responsible for electric. Based on the energy efficiency elements in the design of the building, electric bills are anticipated to be between $50 and $100 per month depending on unit size.
Cable and high speed internet is available at a discounted rate of $75 per month.
